Paul O DriscollPaul O Driscoll is a highly accomplished bass player, originally from Birmingham, of Irish descent, and now living in Ennis, Co Clare. He has toured with various different bands such as Deiseal, the Charlie Lennon Orchestra and Riverdance. As well as featuring on the Josephine Marsh album, Paul has several other albums to his credit, eg, ‘Moher’, ‘The Sanctuary Sessiuns’, ‘Hada to Hada’, ‘Deiseal’, ‘The Kilfenora Ceili Band’, and his recent addition is ‘The Bow House Quintet’, a recording of Traditional music with string arrangements for viola, double bass, cello, and fiddle. This project was pioneered by Paul and was recorded live at the Protestant Church in Ennis, Co Clare. His travels have taken him all over Europe, America and Australia. |

Declan CoreyDeclan Corey is the group's mandolin/bouzouki player and is originally from Co Tyrone but now living in Galway city since 1991. Declan has played and recorded with the group Lia Luachra and is now a full time member of the Josephine Marsh Band. The standard of music that Declan plays is about as good as it gets. He can not only play Irish music very well, but also traditional music from different countries such as, Greece, Turkey, France, etc. Declan has toured extensively, his travels taking him to Canada, where he spent a total of 2 years playing Irish music. He has also toured in Scandinavia, mainland Europe and Britain. Declan composes a lot of Irish music and has been featured on several albums over the years, his last one being the Mick Hanly album. |

Tommy CarewThe latest addition to the Josephine Marsh Band is singer/guitar player, Tommy Carew from Doon in Co. Limerick. Tommy has a very distinctive traditional style of singing and gels with the band in a very easy and graceful way. His repertoire includes songs sung in the Irish language. |
